Lovely place to stay and a great location. Carol was surprised we arrived early, but the agency had not informed her we would be early. Never the less she still went out and got fresh flowers for the place. We would like to come back next year.

Everything was perfect - the best stay we’ve had for a long time. The house was lovely and in a great location - only 10 minutes walk from Aldeburgh but in a quiet road so no traffic noise. There was only two of us so plenty of space and everything was spotless. Lovely shower. Recommend booking dinner well in advance- we booked before our holiday. The Lighthouse restaurant is wonderful.

Roomy house and large garden terrace for outdoor meals in warm weather :)
House was larger than we expected.
The property seemed well managed; excellent comms from the management company. Nice touches of a home such as decor with local references.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
An ancient cottage, beautifully restored and nicely decorated - comfortable beds and a good location in the middle of the lovely village of Bramfield close to the excellent Queen's Head pub
Lodge was much more spacious than expected, very well furnished and decorated. Lodges were well laid out on order to give privacy to decking area with hot tub.
Charming cottage with a lot more character than "Annex to" suggests. Well-equipped, clean and inviting. Heads well protected by cushioning on low beams - they might be a nuisance for tall folk. We liked the location which gave us various options for visiting the coast and other places of interest. Good pub within easy walking dstance.
The location was beautiful and peaceful. The village is pretty with a shop, village hall and 2 pubs within walking distance. Perfect for dog walks too. The cottage was well equipped and cosy and had everything we needed.
