We had a wonderful stay at Hazel’s B&B. The cottage and garden is gorgeous and our room was spacious and comfy with lots of little luxuries. We were also able to relax in the cosy sitting room in the evenings. Hazel was the most friendly and welcoming host we could have hoped for, she took excellent care of us and our very curious toddler! She is also an excellent and generous cook. We would love to visit again.

Good location for the city centre. Clean, good communication with owner, comfortable beds, duvets suitable for the season, some basics provided on arrival, parking space for one car, plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Bathrooms are immaculate.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.

The location is almost central Devon and makes it easy to get anywhere our dog loves exmouth beach and we have family in Exeter so Sunny garden cottage was ideal for us
Such a beautiful, secluded, quiet little cottage. The village was very cute and friendly with a pizza van on a Thursday night, and you can eat the pizza in the castle Hotel with a nice drink! The dog loved the little garden outside the cottage, great place for new smells and exploring. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway and a base for exploring lovely Devon.
