A very deceptive property which you can't properly appreciate until you are in it. Pretty much everything was of a really good standard. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Toilets on the ground floor and first floor was very convenient. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, crockery etc. and having a dishwasher is always a good thing when you don't want to spend time away stood at a sink.

Lots of space and light in lounge/kitchen area though, as with all caravans, the bedrooms were more cramped.
It was lovely to be so close to nature, to see the sun on the lake and hear the birds.

A beautiful cottage in a picturesque village. Cottage has everything you needed for a comfortable stay and a gorgeous secluded garden. We stayed as was near Goodwood racecourse but was in an ideal location for visiting lots of places. We did Arundel and Brighton as well as local area. Only there 5 nights otherwise would have done so much more in easyreach. Lovely walks from the property including a less than 10 minute walk to local pub that served very good food. The village store directly opposite stocks excellent produce too.
We liked everything, the lovely rooms with everything you could want the lovely garden, the cleanliness an altogether truly relaxing place to visit. A great little village shop opposite the cottage was a real bonus.
Very comfortable and homely. Really could relax and unwind. Also it was a fabulous location. Good for accessing all the best places in West Sussex and good for dog walks.
The cottage was very well equipped and we loved the garden.
It was also good to be able to catch the bus into Chichester.

A lovely, quirky cottage, clean, with just about everything you needed to ensure a most comfortable stay. Lots of lovely, soft towel, plenty of hangers and hanging space for clothes, and really nice toiletries.
we stayed at Angel Cottage for our son’s wedding. the cottage is in a great location opposite the village shop and the nearest pub is only a short and rather beautiful walk away via a footpath through fields. our son stayed with us the night before his wedding in the single room which was perfect - it was like having his own wing of the house with an en suite wet room! the garden is pretty, sunny and well maintained.

Perfectly appointed little cottage with bags of character! The host thought pretty much everything including a welcome hamper and enough tee, coffe and cereal to keep us going fro our stay.
