Stunning property, perfect size for a couple for a few nights away. Loved the provided cooking facilities, making it easy to enjoy meals at the property. Felicity’s communication was fantastic from booking to meeting us at check in. The property was spotlessly clean, very cosy with a comfy bed.

It really was a “home from home”. Lovely property, well maintained in a great location, quiet, with a great outlook. The record player with LPs from the 1970s was a nice touch! The electric car charger was most welcomed too.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Fantastic location, Lovely cottage with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Beautiful gardens and the hosts kindly left us the front gardens (Acres) for us to use privately as we wish.

We had a wonderful stay at Pond Cottage to mark a special occasion. It makes a fantastic base for exploring the New Forest and South Coast. The accommodation was spacious and warm, the kitchen well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful with pub recommendations etc. Our only regret was that we were not able to stay longer!
The cottage was very clean and cosy, a traditional country cottage. Very well equipped with a thoughtful welcome gift and note from the host. Lots of games books and DVDs and useful local information.
A good location for exploring the new forest, but we did need to drive to most places.

The quiet setting of Pond Cottage down a country lane close to the New Forrest Beautifully decorated , warm and well equipped with everything a family might need for a stay .
We were welcomed in and shown around the property the rooms were very warm and we enjoyed the wood burning fire.
There were lots of little touches around the house that made it a very cosy place to stay.
Liked the position in the middle of the countryside and near to Beauly museum. The cottage was quaint and we loved the direct access onto the little patio The landlord was very friendly and the food of very good quality.
