It's a lovely location on the side of a hill, slightly difficult to find and locate the parking space but we got there! Also I hadn't realised that the entrance was either via a slope or by steps, which was fine with me but not so great for my friend who has mobility issues. I didn't notice anything on booking.com about access. I was pleased to find a bungalow with no internal steps. We loved the view out of the patio doors across the valley, the sound of the trains, the peace and quiet. Every room was clean and well-prepared with clean linen and towels. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress. Good mixture of soft and firm. The little sofa was great with the added bonus of foot stools. Place was very quiet and felt very secure with the car being in an undercover car port and double gates closed. Loved the added touches of the welcome basket and free loan of beach equipment (windbreak, buckets and spades, etc). The location was perfect for travelling to local beaches and my favourite place, Padstow. Hosts met us at the gate and said hi if we saw them but didn’t intrude in anyway. Great place for a few days away to recharge the batteries.

We stayed in the Villa which was is outstanding. Antonia gives excellent recommendations for the area and places to eat and drink. Charlestown is an excellent place to stay and the villa was in the heart of Charlestown.

Loved the location near to Wadebridge but once at the Cabin you felt like you were in a little haven of your own. Lovely very helpful hosts and nothing too much hassle. Wood fired sauna and outdoor bath & shower heated on request which was a luxury. Fantastic idea and idyllic spot.
I was caught in the recent storm that hit Cornwall and the stone cottage was a safe refuge, warm and cosy although the TV obviously struggled to cope with the high winds. The staff were helpful and it is a good base for visiting the Eden Project.
It was a lovely cosy bungalow, equipped with anything one possibly needed for cooking when self catering.
2 ducks who were regular visitors to the grounds around the bungalow were great entertainment for kids.
It was in really nice location, close to Tintagel, Padstow, st. Issac and Polzeath beach. We were family of 4 and had wonderful weekend overthere.
We also used the swimming pool in the Manor that comes with booking.
Well equipped and comfortable cottage. Lovely and cosy. Extremely well located; in the countryside but only a few minutes from the centre of Bodmin. Welcome mincepies, cream and bottle of milk were much appreciated.
Lodge was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed. Cream tea, with home made jam was delicious 🤤
Thank you 💖 (cream first. Sorry we're from Devon 🤣)
Lovely countryside views from the lodge. The hot tub was used every afternoon/evening after lots of walking/trips around Cornwall. We had a very peaceful and relaxing week. Thank you 🥰
Extremely well appointed & spacious lodge. Very warm & cosy with everything you could possibly need. Great location. Private and peaceful setting with lovely countryside views. Friendly & welcoming hosts.
Really pretty location. Cottage was really clean and so spacious, fantastic for a family of 5 with 2 teens and a toddler. Great kitchen for self catering needs. Quiet, comfortable and loved the hot tub. Pleased to find the small play park open as we knew the pool and bar were shut. Football Golf and the Escape Rooms were great being on site.
I loved how cosy it was ! very romantic and spacious it felt huge inside, I love the privacy and the indoor spa bath was just insane, I loved every minute of staying here ! in a cosy lodge, the heating kicked in really fast and I will 100% be coming back every year !
The hot tub 😁... the size of the bungalow cabin was great, had ample space for the 5 of us and a dog. The scenery of the site was amazing, and could see the starts from the hot tub/back garden area at night. It is a peaceful and quiet place. Will be going back.
Kim is such a great host, with a lovely cottage. The area was so quiet and idyllic. Welcome pack included some fab recommendations for the local area. Loved that we were able to feed the animals on the cottage grounds (chickens and ducks, and pet the sheep!)
Loved the welcome cake (lemon drizzle - Yum!)
