We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ashleworth. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners. The cottage was clean, with a lovely layout and a great base to tour Gloucester, Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. The hub next door has great amenities, we ate breakfast or dinner in there most days. We will be returning.

I could have paid nearly twice as much to stay in the grotty Premier Inn up the road, so this place was a real find. It was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. On the edge of Ross, but very private and quiet. It even had Sky! The bed was insanely comfortable and the shower was excellent. The Electric vehicle charger was a real bonus. Danii went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and this was much appreciated. A brilliant find.

This was a stunning property and had everything we needed and more. It is extremely high spec, comfortable and homely. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole home was immaculate. The best place we have stayed.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Beautiful house and perfect location for visiting the surrounding area. My room was great with a very comfy bed, and an external door directly into the shared garden. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, my food intolerances were catered for. Richard is the friendly and charming host, ready to chat and advise about sightseeing, and made me feel very welcome, which contributed enormously to the fantastic week I had.
Breakfast simple and delicious. Loved the home-made bread! Warmest of welcomes, from the pets as well as Richard. Room cosy and comfortable. Location stunning, and house/garden homely and relaxing. We loved it.
Outstanding place. Gorgeous timber cottage in a countryside location with acres of land and free range chickens. Richard and Si were ideal hosts - friendly and attentive. Without being at all intrusive they made us feel truly welcome.
What really stood out - as well as the great company - was the attention to detail: homemade bread, home-laid eggs, locally pressed apple juice, and a house full of character.
We're already planning a return trip in the spring/summer!
