Set in Bicknoller in the Somerset region, The Wagon House has a garden. The property is non-smoking and is situated 16 km from Dunster Castle.

The holiday home includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an a bath or shower, a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Featuring free private parking, this 3-star holiday home also features free WiFi.

The Wagon House is part of a working farm and is set in an exceptionally beautiful location at the edge of the Quantocks. It is also near the West Somerset Railway, a heritage railway that operates trains drawn by former GWR steam locomotives (Prairie tank and Manor class). The shriek of a train's whistle echoing from the hills was a feature of our stay. There are many interesting villages and sites to visit; we saw a herd of red deer on Bicknoller Hill; and were given a tour of Halsway Manor, a Folk Music Centre. We also visited Bicknoller, Stogumber, Crowcombe, Dunster (and beach), and Minehead. The houses and churches are built of the local red sandstone. In all we had a wonderful time, helped by some excellent weather. Though carless, we travelled about easily with the help of the 28 bus service, which operates along the main road from Taunton to Minehead (A358). The cottage was comfortable, had excellent modern facilities, while preserving some of its former rustic character, and our only complaint was about the loo, which worked erratically.

Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views across the Bristol Channel to South Wales, Moonfleat has the traditional comforts of a cosy cottage lounge with woodburner and exposed wooden beams.

We loved the old fashioned character of the place and the log fire.

The Dairy was in a perfect location with easy access to the Quantock Hills, Exmoor and the fascinating Somerset coast. Pubs, shops etc all within a short drive. Fun to be on the farm at lambing time plus inquisitive chickens around! The cottage was very comfortable, plenty of hot water and, after a windy (and sometimes wet) day out, was lovely to return to a well heated home! Gary was very welcoming and helpful. Our dog was happy too!
