The house wasn't ready for 2 hours cleaner still in and was filthy. Poor parking and very sketchy area.

Really nice design and feels very cosy at the Dunes Hotel. Lovely location and nice for a quiet relaxing break, really liked the interior throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very nice, the bed was comfy and would definitely consider returning.
The hotel it's self was warm and cosy the staff was attentive any problems like our 1st room was to small so they was happy swap us straight away without hesitation the pub n food was great
The little cabins are actually away from the main Pub/Restaurant which I didn't know at the time of booking but, what a great idea! They were a short walk from Pub/Restaurant through gardens and outdoor seating areas.
They were equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Very cosy and comfortable.
The breakfast was overrun by Ukranian refugee families that the hotel is housing. Kids walking around in their pajamas as though it`s their front room. Not showered and very offputting for the breakfast buffet. Not suitable for a business stay at all. Ukranian men stood around the doors smoking. Couldn't get near the Sauna facilities or hot tub.
Kids playing table football in the room opposite my bedroom, shouting and running about late on a Sunday night.
I will never stay here again. Intimidating!
The property was very clean and quiet, I loved the hot tub and the infra red sauna. There are also two resident cats who are very friendly. Nat was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Thankyou
Excellent staff,very friendly and helpful.Ideal for exploring the lakes district and surrounding countryside. Great apartments for self catering and plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets.
