Very friendly staff at check in. Large comfy bed. Shower over bath which gives options, which I like. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruit salad on offer and huge pots of tea. Cosy dining room. Quiet pub, although it is winter so it didn't stay open late. Short walk down to the beach.

Third time visiting the Ship Inn. Each time we have been treated like special guests, even like family. The breakfasts are made to order with fresh tasty ingredients. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & well designed. They have everything you need. The village itself is idyllic to say the least. Two minutes from an outstanding stretch of sea side. With an old fashioned ice cream van & a lovely little cafe with friendly staff. We’ve loved every minute of all three short breaks. Amazing.
