There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

We loved the location which was perfect for exploring the Lakes. Also, it was great to be able to walk out the front door of the barn into open countryside and walk for miles catching glimpses of Ullswater along the way. The barn itself was lovely; lots of character and very comfortable. We hope to return again soon!

The cottage was nice and clean. Lovely views as you are in fields on hill .The living room was nice and warm as the Woodburn was lit on arrival, but sadly, the rest of the cottage was cold . Beds were comfy but sadly very little room In the bedrooms to have suitcase.

The cottage itself is idyllic, such a beautiful and peaceful location. Our hosts took it above and beyond, they were so friendly and we learnt so much more about the farm and the fell. They went out of there way and let the girls help feed the lambs and take a ride on storm. They made our holiday so much more special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
