Couldn't fault a thing. Very peaceful setting with just a few steps to the moors. Wonderful evening meal in the restaurant, all you could wish for at breakfast, lovely gardens and the hosts were lovely.

Bluebird Cottage is like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need plus more is there. Very clean and clearly well looked after by the owners. Nothing is too much trouble and loads of information about the property, the place and equipment is provided. Stayed in many cottages over the last 30 years and can honestly say this is one of the nicest.

The size was great for a family of 5, it was mostly clean plenty bedding provided for the pull out sofa bed. It had everything we needed to cook and to ensure a comfortable stay. The site is quiet and private, this helped if you’re conscious about getting in and out the hottub without people seeing. Pool guy was polite and serviced the tub with a smile.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The evening meal was lovely. Staff were very friendly, and the bar was cosy.
The room was comfortable, the bed was good and the tea & coffee, etc. were plentiful.
