We ate at the restaurant which was incredible. The chef clearly takes a lot of pride in their work because the dining experience was exceptional.

Helen was lovely and explained where things were and how it worked. The cabin was gorgeous and very comfortable. The shower was great. Overall a gem of a place - happy to recommend.

It was not overpriced, although our nighttime experience ruined any thought of cost! The location was convenient for our purpose.

The location was ideal and very picturesque. There was an issue with the shower that the host rectified over the phone very promptly and with concern.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
It’s a thatched inn with comfortable rooms in a quiet location. We slept so well without interruption, perhaps the thatched roof insulates the outside sound. The whole place has a pleasant feel to it. There’s an excellent choice of main meals on offer.
Lovely quiet thatched roof village Inn with a nice garden.
Quality room toiletries pretty bedroom. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, that we booked last minute and even though they had a large party booked they sneezed us in just before. We most certainly would stay there again Beautiful location nice friendly staff nothing seemed too much trouble.
The room underneath the eves was simple but the addition of large bedside lamps and huge numbers of cushions gave an air of luxury. The bathroom was clean if fairly basic. But overall, the room is good value and the views out onto the untrammeled lanes in the Dorset countryside and the hill opposite are glorious and it was incredibly quiet. Breakfast was good value
The B&b was surrounded by beautiful English countryside in an idyllic location We enjoyed having all our meals under the same roof. All the meals were of a high standard with cheerful staff
Loved the location. My kids loved being on the farm and seeing the animals every morning. The lady brought a toy tractor to the cottage for my children to play on while on holiday they absolutely loved this.
The cottage is in a good place to explore Dorset the beach is just a 40 minute drive away through beautiful countryside.
