Lovely weekend stay with the family. The gite had everything we needed including a wood stove and logs and was very clean! Kitchen was well equipped with good utensils and appliances and garden was beautiful and well taken care of. Hosts were kind and thoughtful and had three wonderful labradors who got on well with our dog! This would be a wonderful place for a family to enjoy the outdoors with warm, dry weather. It was also very quiet and relaxing and the supermarket and bakery were only a 5 minute drive away.

Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, great pool and jacuzzi, lovely views. Most of the rooms have their own bathrooms, good balance of double and twin beds, a bunk bed room for the kids. It was ideal for our family celebration, they even provided a karaoke. Enough parking behind the house. The village is small, but in Hirson (10 min drive) there are lots of supermarkets.

A lovely little apartment in the heart of a charming town
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Very nice, clean and quiet cottage with everything that you need, very attentive to details, surrounding by trees and green fields, to spend a super holiday with your family. We also loved the horses at Balade a Cheval, the horse festival in Hargniers 08 (every first Sunday on July), the Castel in Sedan, the town Charleville-Meziers, not to forget the music Quiz from Domaine (so much fun, there, too)and many more. We hope to come back next year, on the same date. The owner was very helpful and nice.
Great option when traveling by car! It was our second stay at Croix Bala and I’m quite sure that it was not our last one. Attention to details, cozy atmosphere and availability of everything you might need for your stay is highly appreciated. I definitely recommend it to everybody.
