I loved everything about this place. It was decorated to a very nice taste and very good standards. Downstairs there was an open space with kitchen, sitting-dining room and a rest room. It also had a lovely court yard to eat outside. Upstairs, it had a magnificent huge bedroom, very nicely decorated with a shower room and a bed for children to sleep in. It was situated by the road in a small village. Close to the studio flat, there was a (bakery) that sold the most amazing bread, sandwiches, and pastries. Nearby we also found a restaurant that served the most delicious food, where we had an amazing dinner. We loved our stay so much! The host was very nice and accommodating. They also accept pets. Our dog loved walking in the court yard. I recommend this place 110 percent!

It was really happy to find a dishwasher and a washing machine in the appartment.
The rooms were spacious and clean and it was easy to use the key box for checking in.

The host was excellent on response to any questions, and I received easy key details ahead off arrival.. I would describe the apartment as well equipped, in a quiet area, but also near the motorway exit/ entry, very recommended

This slightly out of the town hotel was a good find for us as we were cycling the Flow Velo Route along the Charente River and it was not far off the route just outside Saint Savinien. Genevieve the host was charming and very welcoming and was able to provide us with a Meal with Wine sitting in her lovely garden that evening. Storage for our bikes was secure and easy. Breakfast was very good with nice Coffee. Overall a really nice place. The room we had had been decorated with real flair and was very comfortable.
We particularly liked the elegant style of a Poitou-Charente mansion that has been lovingly and expertly restored. The owner takes care of the smallest detail, both in the furnishing and in the care of her guests.
very friendly Chambre d’hôte. characterful property with many interesting features. The hosts were very welcoming and charming. Nothing was too much trouble. we had the evening meal which was delicious and generous, as was breakfast with home made preserves.
