beautiful cottage type property, with stunning views but by far the best thing were the people!! elisabeth couldn’t do enough to help us, even assisted with a lift. fantastic lady! we met the rest of the village and everyone was so lovely, even though we didn’t speak French. the dog and cats that live next door were the icing on the cake.

We loved the gîte and our stay in general. Super calm, nature all around, short walk to the bakery, lovely swimming pool (although a bit cold). The facilities were all there. The bathroom and shower were amazing. The cosy space in the attick wasn't used because of the heat, but if it were colder, I would love to sit up there as well. Lastly, Gilles was superkind and while the Orange Network was down, he did fix some wifi for us via an Airdrop Box which worked fine as well.

We spent a week at La Safranière, it was fantastic. Finding the place is easy, google maps and follow the signs they put up. The apartment was fully prepared, clean, with lots of details and with everything we needed. The beds, big, we slept very comfortably. The terrace of the apartment is a luxury, has amazing views while dining. The pool is great, super refreshing for July, and also as it has a black floor it is warm and the water is warm. It is noted that they have put details in its construction. The pool area has a barbecue, toilets, showers, independent of the apartment, which helps a lot. By the way, the barbecue they have is amazing, we are going to buy one just like it ;-). Then there is space to play petanque and ping pong, we enjoyed petanque a couple of days, they had it set up with lights to play at night. Carole and Stephan were very attentive to us. They gave us recommendations and suggestions what to do. We enjoy hiking and there are many trails in the area, and Toulouse, the city 50 minutes away, is worth a visit. Summary: Great holidays and zero problems and worries, this is was we were looking for and this is was we found in La Safranière.
