Such a beautiful setting overlooking the lake, the photos really don’t do it justice! We loved the garden and having a bbq and sun loungers for the hot days was a real bonus. We had a lovely trip to the market in Longres - highly recommended. We hope to be back on our journey to the south of France next year! Thank you for everything:)

Our room was in the main part of the Hotel and was very charming AND pet friendly. Even better was that our 2 dogs were allowed in the Dining Room. The Dinner was excellent although a bit pricey. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to stay for breakfast.

This is a gem! It is such an old building (oldest hotel in France) and has been lovingly restored and updated. It now has the lovely style of the old, mixed with the latest in facilities i.e. excellent bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Le Gites des Lumières having discovered it last year ……again it didn’t disappoint !!! Visiting in Winter this time and it was extremely snug and cosy. Great breakfast as before…can’t fault it. Sandra keeps you informed at all times…which isn’t always the case with some places.
