The accommodation is clean (in and out), and as described in the advert. Quiet, calm and peaceful. I must commend our host, Lea, for the very timely responses to our questions. Clearly, they were out to make sure we were comfortable. They checked in to confirm we arrived safely, and settled in properly. Internet is very good - never dropped while we were there. A big plus as I had to send a couple of work emails. I could also use my Uber Eats account there, so no issues with ordering food. There is Netflix and Amazon Prime available in the living room - this meant the kids were able to continue watching some of their favourite programmes. Everything else works perfect - decent kitchen for cooking (i.e., for the few times we did, and washing/cleaning/ironing equipment) Although far from Paris town, and quiet, there are very good places to see in the Pontault Combault area. The commercial centre is very close (about 5 minutes by bus), and has loads of shops, including a big Carrefour. We also found an excellent place in the commercial centre for the kids to play games! This was a very good find as the accommodation was on the small side for 3 kids used to running up/down stairs and playing in a big garden back home. If you come to the property with kids, consider taking them to play in commercial centre, on a day you have nothing else planned tire them out there, then bring them back to the accommodation/property to watch TV!

We loved this property. It is beautifully decorated and very cosy. It was clean when we arrived and was easy to keep clean. It is spacious for a family, with an upstairs and downstairs toilet, and a well-stocked kitchen. The outside space is lovely too. It is a short walk to a lovely bakery and a pharmacy and close enough to drive to Disneyland every day. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We hope to stay again.

We travelled from England the night before our 3 day stay at Disneyland so wanted somewhere close to stay and the location was perfect, was very good value for money and the host Michaël was very friendly and gave us a tour before leaving us, was lots of games for kids and even thought as far as having a children's toilet seat which we found very thoughtful
