Fantastic house, very large and wonderfully kept. We had a panic leaving to catch the ferry because our car broke down at 9am (needed to get to ferry at 11:15!) Incredible garage opposite the property (Top Garage - Presqu'ile Automobiles) who came to the local bakery where my car had broken down, started it, and fitted a new battery all in time for the Ferry!
Property is only 4 mins drive to the ferry terminal and 4 mins drive to local beach (Plage du Collignon) which is sandy and good for swimming.

The location was close to the car ferry but not too close to the train station (1.5 miles). As a backpacker, location is essential. At least this met one of my needs.
