Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Loved the location of this very unusual and charming Priory at the foot of the stunning Chateau de Biron. The room was charming and the whole experience was exceptional, particularly the welcome from the charming owner. Breakfast was delicious with sensational home made jams and we ate on the terrace overlooking the lovely countryside.
Charming and full of character. Our spacious room looked out over the valley. Breakfast on the terrace was of excellent quality, served by the polite and helpful owner.

Lovely accommodation in a whimsical setting in the French countryside. The views are of fields and forests and at night the lights of distant villages twinkle enchantingly in the distance. Elizabeth is a charming host, with excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do in the surrounding areas. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Highly recommended.
