Excellent location. We were in Biarritz for a wedding and the staff were wonderfully helpful ordering taxis and giving directions. They could not have done more. They kept our luggage until our later flight and were really charming.

The manager is very nice, friendly, and accomodating. The staff is also friendly and my room is quite cosy. The air- condition functions well, and breakfast is quite ok.
I had an excellent experience. The place is incredibly clean, cosy, and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, always going out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The common areas are well-maintained and provide a great space to relax and meet fellow travelers. There are also stuff for free to use such are yoga mat, shampoos, caffe and tea and moreover.
Highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay! 🙂
The hotel was clean, cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach & town centre. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
The location was great, right in the center and yet not too busy or noisy. It was just a short walk from the Hotel to the beach and the old port. The design was nice - cozy and comfortable.
The reception staff were helpful and charming. The room was large and had good facilities and a fantastic view over the sea. We were not expecting self catering facilities but were delighted to be able to use them to make snacks. We were allowed to park our car in the hotel car park which was convenient and provided some safety.
Fantastic location in the vibrant old town. Charming and unique hotel with everything one needs at the doorstep. My room on the third floor was perfect in every way. Frederigue was so helpful as I had a late check-in - she provided me with exact, easy instructions to get myself settled. Loved this cozy hotel. I had the little green dorm at the top as my room.
