The house is located around 20km from Mariehamn, so it is bit remote and very quiet. The view was simply stunning and we enjoyed staying on the terrace so much. The kitchen-living room area has big windows so you can enjoy the view even when staying inside. We stayed there in the very end of May, so it was not high season yet and we were the only guests in the site.
Set in Lemland, 18 km from Cultural History Museum of Åland and 18 km from S:t Görans Church, Stugan offers a garden and air conditioning.

The accomodation has a really nice equipment, you have everything there for cooking or making barbecue. It was a really nice place to stay and the house is really cute. You‘re totally in the nature close to the sea.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
- the cottage was mostly clean and tidy inside (apart from the window frames)
- the kitchen was well equipped
- it was very quiet to sleep
- the windows of the bedrooms had blackout curtains on them
Westergårds has been peaceful and excellent place to stay and we have visited it twice already. Ferry connection to mainland works but schedule could be better. Beach with sauna is nice addition to the site!

Very accommodative and nice host, rather well equipped, , spacious house wirh large veranda and seaview. A special plus is the included sauna directly at the sea! Cosy on rainy days also! Many thanks!
Beautiful newly built house with wonderful interior decor. Small but well planned. Close to beach with sauna, boat and SUP for rent. Animals on the property that we were allowed to pet with care. The kids loved it and so did we!
Cosy little cottage in the middle of the farm close to all the animals, the kids spent the whole day in the stables and didn't want to leave! Relaxed atmosphere and friendly hosts. Nice sauna on the beach but also nice that we had a little sauna inside the cottage. Convinient that there are bikes for adults and children of all ages that you can borrow whenever you like.
Excellent location in an idyllic setting. You can take a rowing boat and take a look at the lush shoreline that´s nearly uninhabited. And there`s multiple routes you can take if you are interested in hiking or birdwatching. The midsommer was quite the quiet time there with very few cars driving around. The sauna was excellent, firewood powered and cosy.
This place is like a little paradise. It´s so special, cosy and authentic. We loved it. Everything was great there: the cabin, the place, the beach, the animals, the hosts..
All and all we were happy with the stay. We loved the sauna and all the equipment we could use as SUP and toys for the kid. The cabin was one of the smaller one but had everything we needed basically. We made food on the provided grill/bbq. enough for a small family. The bed was big and comfortable even for three people like us. All the animals outside was a great bonus.
