The house is cozy and well-furnished. The host is very friendly and caring, and made us feel at home. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the beautiful nature, with several scenic trails (SL1, SL3 and SL4) starting nearby. The house has a rooftop terrace where we could relax, enjoy the views, and grill the food. The El Rincon village is very peaceful with the scenic views of the nearby mountains.
The cave house was amazing! Such a lovely vibe about it, really quiet and cozy but loads of outdoor space too to enjoy the sun. The house has been done to a really high standard and is super relaxing-we slept really well and loved the local neighbourhood, feels like you see the real Gran Canaria. Close to mountains and great hikes but also beaches and the airport. Samuel was a great host too and let us use the small terrace pool which was an unexpected bonus! Only wish we spoke better Spanish so we could have chatted more!
The property was massive and included both buildings shown in the pictures. The beds (and it is rare to be able to say this) we’re extremely comfortable. The location was quiet, but within easy reach of most parts of the island, and only a 5-10min walk to the nearest grocery store. The property manager responded quickly to requests and queries, trying to resolve any issues. The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially as the pool was pretty bracing in October!
