When visiting Simancas to work a few day in the archives i was happy to stay in this location. It's very well situated, close to the castle.
The appartment is spacious and nicely renovated.

Isabel was just a wonderful host, always there for us whenever needed. apartment was so spotless clean and cozy. internet was excellent. i was able to connect seamlessly to my office with high speed internet while the rest of the family kept online. the neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing. beautiful place. we were there 6 weeks and it was the best place to stay! it was within walking distance to the mall and taxi station. bus to downtown was a block away. highly recommended. we all really loved our stay there
We really enjoyed our stay at casa Sofia. The flat is very modern, well maintained, and very cosy.
Also, well connected to the city centre of valladolid with loads of restaurants and amenities nearby.
Street parking is free, so tricky to find a spot - but expected for such a centric area.

The hotel is a boutique hotel centrally located in a lovely area with easy access to parking. The breakfast is very good. The room is cosy and nicely decorated. I like the personalised towels, glass doors and sweets etc.
My room was lovely....I had a little enclosed balcony which looked out on to large linear pedestrian area and beautiful park.....the room was very cosy, spotlessly clean with plenty of convenient electrical sockets and USB ports....very convenient location for train station and bus station, also very convenient for sightseeing
