The property is so beautiful, and the host is so helpful and attentive. The outdoor space is wonderful with fruit trees and a setup that makes the whole stay so enjoyable. We loved getting to have the cute chickens nearby. We made good use of the awesome patio and grill area, we made pizza in the brick oven and it was amazing. We all worked online for a couple of the days of our stay and had no issues with the wifi, even with occasional video calls. The kitchen is well-equipped and the whole space has the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and fun Canarian experience. The beds are comfortable and the decor is lovely. Our group commented that the actual house and yard are even nicer than they appear in the photos. The property is lovely in every way, but the experience is truly made special by Oscar, the host. He is kind, attentive, and endlessly helpful. He's thought of everything when it comes to making a trip to Gran Canaria an incredible and memorable time. The property is clean and well-maintained, he gives many resources and helpful recommendations, and he proactively provides tips that will make everything easier. All of us are eager to return to Gran Canaria and when we do we plan to stay here again. We cannot say enough good things about our stay, it exceeded our expectations in every way and was a phenomenal trip.

Completly what we expected based on the pictures. The house is big, clean and cosy decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped (also refrigerator, freezer, microwave,…) and has many things in the kitchen pantry (herbs, oil, vinegar, some tins, pasta, tea,…). There are several toys/books in the living room. Wifi was working well. Our toddler loved the small garden since it allows a lot of exploration and we loved to see the citrus trees. The balcony offers a splendid view of the surrounding hills/valley, a lot of sun, sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The owner was very responsive via whatsapp, very friendly at our arrival and even bought us some additional sleeping material for our toddler.

I have traveled quite a bit over the years, but I dare say Gilberto was the best accommodation host I ever met. He genuinely tried to make our stay as great as possible. He told us that the property had belonged to his ancestors, and that he simply wants people to get to know and enjoy this wonderful area of Gran Canaria, and we could really feel this special touch of history. The Villa is amazing, and there are so many small nice details in the decoration and furnishing that you normally don't encounter. In the garden, the way the wind gently blows through the fruit trees and spreads the smell of orange and the other fruits and plants, has a touch of paradise. We had lots of sunshine, thus we could also sunbath, which was great. Our older daughter loved drinking freshly pressed orange juice all day :) In sum, especially if you feel like resetting and recharging for some days, I think there is no better place - but even if you want to be active and explore, such as the near town of Teror, or do some hiking, it is a great place! We loved it here. The house has so much character - we felt a little bit as though we had stepped into the world of “Encanto”! Beautiful antique furniture, located right in the centre of Teror which is in a stunning part of Gran Canaria. And Saul could not have been more helpful with tips and flexibility regarding our arrival time. Thanks so much Saul - it’s a very special place indeed and you were a fantastic host!
