House with all the amenities we expected. Very pleasant and comfortable. Two minutes's walk from the sea. Very quiet small village (late April). Very helpful hosts who texted us useful information before we arrived. Best to turn up in a small car due to the narrow winding road leading to the village.

Out of the way location but lovely. Nice interior, comfy beds, and good shower. Lovely walk up the steep hill at the back of the prooerty with beautiful views at the top. We visited in the winter so did not use the outside but the heating was very efficient which was very useful for evenings and mornings.

Gorgeous location, we already knew Calvia, it was the perfect base for travelling around the rest of the island, only 20 mins from airport and only 10 mins from motorway but is away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Calvia is a beautiful village (although technically a town) full of traditional charm. Hermanas Femenias was a cracking little place, nicely furnished, very comfortable, spectacular views and very clean. All the usual comforts you would expect. The perfect hideaway!

Everything was just perfect! House is cosy, authentic with nice styling, fully equiped, has superb picturesque view and private pool. Feels just like home and it was a pleasure to chill in the evenings after long day of sightseeing. Host Frank and neigbour Bettina were very helpfull with all our questions. Deffinetely best recommendations!
Great property, Great location, Great host.
Villa Roca Verde is one of the best holiday properties we have been staying in. Fully equipped summer kitchen with a big BBQ and a dining table, big swimming pool, the interiors are beautiful and comfortable.
A tip: if you are traveling in a low season as we did (late November) you can ask a host to use the fireplace (under the guest's responsibility).
