The place is amazing, located în a wine house with more than 300 years of history, clean and tidy. Ask '' por favor '' a tour of the place. The services are faultless and without any inconvenience! Our first stay in a parador and it was really amazing. They have done a formidable job of renovating the building while keeping it looking like an old castle. The restaurant was excellent and much better than others in Olite. The breakfast was also great as they cook the hot food to order so you get it freshly prepared. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You can't beat the location as it is practically part of the Olite palace. Our room was really charming with a pair of 4 poster beds and a little sitting area.

It's a parador, so quality and style are guaranteed. And it is a good parador. Old palace well renovated. Perfect location in the charming old town, only some steps from the marketplace and the castle (which is a must to visit!). Good restaurant and breakfast.
