Cottages in La Cabaneta

A luxurious High end Villa that wows you as soon as you enter through the door, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A very quiet residential location with enough restaurants etc within close walking distance or Into Palma for a lively day or night, the train station is 7 mins walk and the frequent trains got us into central Palma in less than 20 mins, we had the best of both worlds quiet or lively when it suited. Every part of the Villa is superb from the bedrooms and bathrooms but the outside space and Pool is brilliant with 7 of us never feeling crowded or on top of each other at all. We had such a good time we are planning a return next year. I have to mention Bernat who owns the property, he made our stay from booking to leaving very comfortable, his communication and help was fantastic, from recommending places and car hire to organising transport for us to attend a family wedding during our visit, nothing was a bother and always with a smile. See you next year Bernat👍

Everything was perfect.The house is beautiful, very big with a lovely pool and a massive garden.Perfect for families. 10 stars for the clean.We will definitely come back . The owner is a super lady.

The villa is perfectly positioned between Can Pastilla and Portixol but has it's own small community of bars and restaurants. It it easy walking distance to both afore-mentioned resorts and is very close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There are two large supermarkets within easy walking distance and a bank with cashtill. The villa is very large and spacious with beautiful soft furnishings giving a clean and cool feel about it. We stayed as a party of 8 adults and did not feel cramped at all. The 5 bedrooms are all spacious and furnished lovely (one ground floor and four on the first floor - one of which is ensuite.). All of the upper bedrooms have a terrace to sit out and enjoy an early morning coffee. The kitchen is huge and easily accommodated 8 adults wandering around pouring drinks and preparing food at the same time. We used all of the equipment in the kitchen and the owners kindly leave anything left by previous occupants as a bonus to new occupants. Some villas remove even basic essentials such as salt and pepper but Sol Felostal leave pretty much everything - even alcohol ! The exterior top storey does not have furniture but we did enjoy some lovely sunsets with a glass of fizz before making our way back down to enjoy dinner on the terrace. The outside area - where we spent all of our evenings - is superb. There was ample seating and dining for all 8 of us and the pool lights up at dusk which casts a beautiful glow over the terrace. The pool is lovely and has jacuzzi jets in one corner. It is not heated but as it stays in the sun all day it is warm to swim in and is just the right temperature to cool off. There were plenty of sunbeds for all of us and we were able to hire pool towels.

Very modern apartment with two bedrooms, two toilets and a very cosy terrace behind the church and market square in a lively typical mallorquin village. Close to mountains, Palma, Soller and a station for the tourist train.

Villa was amazing! Better than description. Exceptional facilities and customer service from Bernat. Every little detail has been thought about. It was spotlessly clean too. Cannot recommend more highly. 5 star for sure!
