The location is great, walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants and the beach! The hosts were very nice and attentive. It's very close to the touristy side of Boca Chica, but in a more «locals» area which I liked a lot. It's a simple house but has everything you need : clean bathrooms, basic cooking, AC in the bedroom, Wi-Fi, etc. The bus station going to Santo Domingo is 2 min walk from the house which is a bonus.

We stayed in Punta Cana for 4 days but wanted to experience Santo Domingo as well. we spent a full day at this hotel. the location is perfect. everything is walking distance. the supermarkets, the pharmacies, restaurants and even the beach.
we stayed in the one bedroom and it was quite cozy. felt like I was back home in my apartment.
Friendly staff in the hotel, and bartenders were mazing. Great food. Loved the cocktails and ceviche. Air-conditioned spacious room and comfy beds. Pools to cool down if you don't want to meet the aggressive salespeople on the beach. Overall green and romantic atmosphere.
Perfect location, only about 60 seconds walking distance from the beach. Clean, comfortable, secure premises with very helpful staff. We loved the romantic rooftop jacuzzi and the queso frito, plátanos, and cherry juice at the free breakfast. Overall this is a great place to get away with a special person, I can’t think of anything bad to say about it.
