Breakfast - large variety, tasty and the waiters were pleasant and helpful. Almost empty sauna is also a great benefit.

Warm staff at reception at all times. Cosy sauna downstairs. Apples and candies at reception with welcome drink. Fine mattresses. Handy fridge. Shampoo was of good quality. No noise from other rooms. Proximity to supermarket and shops. Luggage was kept before and after check-in. All fine apart from the 2 bathroom issues we faced and the missing chair or stool in the room.

I traveled for a seminar in Frankfurt and stayed for two nights in Melia. The room was nice and cozy, as expected. Clean and equipped with everything one might need for a short stay. Btw, the wellness ares is amazing. Gym, sauna and the relax zone on the terrace- total gem!

Great brand new hotel - the other wing still under construction... Really comfortable and cosy feeling, making 'design' feel like home. Compact and functional rooms, on a great location between the river bank, the port and the ECB building. Tramway to the city center, or a 2km very scenic walk along the river. Free sauna is a fantastic extra, with chilled tap water, women-only zone and extra towels. And top-class breakfast with LOTS of choice from baked veggies, smoothies, to waffles.
