The location surrounded by trees, is perfect and the river right next to the property is the cherry on top. The property, altho small really maximises space-use. The building is smart and efficient with energy use. The mezzanine floor is so nice and cozy. There’s a lovely fire place for cozy movie nights. I recently stayed at a holiday cottage that was just a bit more than a year old. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Positives:
Cleanliness: The cottage was impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
Facilities: The Finnish sauna was a great addition, providing a relaxing experience after each day of activities.
Staff: The reception staff at the campsite were exceptional. They made our stay truly enjoyable by always being friendly, helpful, and responsive to our questions. They even arranged an e-bike rental for me for three days, which was a fantastic experience.
Heat Pump: During our stay, the weather was mostly extremely hot (+33-35°C), but the heat pump cooling function in the cottage worked excellently, keeping the interior cool and comfortable.
Local Area:
Village Amenities: The village is very small, with no substantial supermarket and not much to do. However, if you are an avid hiker, you'll find many trails nearby that offer beautiful routes. The area is also great for mountain e-biking.
In summary, the cottage provided a mixed experience. The cleanliness, sauna, friendly staff, and efficient heat pump were highlights, but the noise from the main road and the limited sleeping arrangements were drawbacks.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.

Great host, nice spacious well equipped apartment. Two balconies with an amazing mountain view. Lots of appliances in the kitchen including tea pot, fridge, coffee machine. Spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and hair dryer. Parking.

Excellent location with superb mountain view, quiet place in the middle of forests. Fantastic breakfast... Small but nice wellness with 10m pool, whirpool, sauna, steam cabin and water/Tea/fruits available for free... Nice and friendly staff.... well kept house...
The room was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast offered enough choice even for a vegetarian ( I loved the choice of different nut-butter). We had dinner as well, which was tasty but on the price-level in Prague. The hotel has a sauna and a gym - we tried both, and cannot complain.
Perfect location right in the centre of the town. Grocery shop just behind the corner. Coffeeshop is about 200m far from the hut. Facilities were perfect. Small but cosy apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and dinning table.
Stayed 3 nights at Orea Resort Horizont in the executive room with balcony. We also went for the half board. The staff at the reception were awesome, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy, with a beautiful view and nicely renovated. Due to covid, there was no daily cleaning, unless requested, but we did not need it. Wellness was alright. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. The staff there was nice too. As for the food, we were happy with breakfast, alright for a 4* hotel.
