The environment is really magical. A fairly large farm with a lot of horses and I mean a lot of them (probably like 50+). The owner also has a small airport with small planes which is cool.
You can also do horse riding which we did not know when we booked but would come back for that again.
You might think that Prague is far away but if you are by car it is only like 35 minutes until a P+R and then you can get the tram.

if you are a cat lover, prepare to be delayed to wherever you planned to go as there are two very adorable cats in the house who are very experienced in getting human's attention! Oh, and they will sleep on top of you if you don't keep your door closed! You will be expected to feed them (the cat food is provided).
The house is in a very quiet town but only 30-40 mins away from Prague by car. There's a train station as well, but we did try it.
The host is great to communicate with, almost always available on WhatsApp with useful info.
Unlike majority of rent-out-only properties on booking.com, this is actually somebody's house (or at least it feels like it) with family pictures on the walls and rooms and the kitchen cupboards filled with spices

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
This property is located on a quiet road just off the centre of town. The room was cozy, very spacious and peaceful. The breakfast selection was limited but enough.
It was a really nice holiday in a awesome flat. From outside it looks like a normal town house. But the appartment is very large. It is furnished exellent with perfect style. In the kitchen you find everything you need. There is also a nice sauna in the garden. Marek is caring well for his guests.
Everything was great. Slightly difficult location if you want to walk, uphill and not located central, but everything else was exceptional. Great value for the money. The breakfast was fresh and decent number of options, and the room was spacious, cosy, comfy and clean.
Very cosy small hotel - felt very “family like”. Great location, clean, very helpful staff. Almost perfect one would say and definitely worth the stay.
Cozy apartment in a very climatic and quiet neighborhood. Clean, with everything you may need (good WiFi, fridge, microwave, cooker, etc.). Friendly owner. Many restaurants and places to walk nearby (Beroun market square, small streets). As a bonus - medieval city walls right outside the building :)
