The room we had (the ecolodge) was one of the best rooms we ever had - anywhere in the world - after 30 years of travelling. Cute, quirky, beautiful, large (it is three rooms in one, including a large living room), comfortable and super nice. And it has a terrace where you can see the humming birds come to find their flowers - really close.

super cozy room, nice decor which was very creative, amazing (!!!) food and amazing staff!dally (&the others working there) made us feel like home - she even cooked for us when the restaurant was closed. we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left!
Lovely hostel in a quite area of San Agustin, very cozy and clean, beautiful garden with hammocks and beds, super friendly and welcoming staff, veery spacious dorms with super comfy beds (probably the biggest 4 bed dorm I've ever seen), in the morning you can hear the birds and in the night the cicadas, lovely cats and dogs, hot water for shower, you can order food from different restaurants, such a beautiful place to relax for a few days and pretty hard to leave
Peaceful location, walkable distance to the Parque Arqueologico amid coffee farms and such. Greeted by numerous pets and the charming owners, Armando and Amparo, who were attentive to our needs and did well to deal with our imperfect Spanish. We stayed in an freestanding cottage built mostly by Armando with impressive materials, craftsmanship and taste. It was a homey experience; we would happily have stayed longer.
Charming rooms with verandas in a beautiful garden situated a short walk from the village. Francoise was a warm and welcoming host who speaks fluent English and can help with all your travel plans.
The building is beautiful and charming, the facilities provided make you feel at home, the garden is a paradise, but the best part of the stay was the staff :)
Incredible location, the grounds are wonderful, with amazing flowers and plants.
The restaurant is also very good, best food we had during the trip in Cauca/Huila. Cocktails are also great.
In the dining room there are a pool table and a ping pong table, there is also the use of a hot tub for 150,000 cop and they can also set up a fire pit for free if you let them know in advance.
We got a cabin here which was beautiful. Secluded, two floors. There was lots of nice sociable guests in the main bit and Harry(?) who was running the place couldn't have been more helpful with organising local tours and giving us info. There was lots of lovely wee doggos knocking about too. The gardens were beautiful.
Loved it all! Beds were so comfy, lounge area was really cosy and loved the fireplace. plenty of areas in the garden to relax. We didn't really like San Agustin town that much so this was an amazing little slice of paradise 15 mins walk out of town
Amazing stay, best kept secret around here. The place is very peaceful, beautiful and the location is great (5 mins walk from the archaeological park). The cabin was very cozy and private, had the creek just in front and you can see/hear tons of birds around, little paradise. If you want a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is it. Carlos the host and all the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything (transport, meals, etc). Don't miss yhe hot chocolate, best we had in Colombia. Great value for money.
