An incredibly spacious property on the bank of the river. Use of a kayak and paddle board was an added bonus. Huge kitchen with everything supplied. Hot tub, fire pit and even a downstairs drinks counter. Very quiet. The kids had such a great time swimming in the river. Rooms were all very comfortable, the pics do not do this place justice.

We has the best time at Black River Haus. The cabin was very stunning, perfectly decorated, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace outside every night. We were concerned about mosquito (zappers were provided by the hosts) but we didn't have any issue with that. Check-in and check out all went very smoothly.

The cottage was so clean and tidy. It was so peaceful and relaxing which was exactly what we needed.Their were instructions for everything sauna, hot tub, surrounded sound, where everything was in the kitchen etc it was fantastic. Also the two that rent out the cottage we're amazing couldn't ask for better.
I just wish we had nicer weather so we could have had a fire and sit on the dock.

This location is a comforting, refreshing break after driving on busy highways. Friendly staff and lovely, clean accommodations. The views are breathtaking! You'll find a bar fridge and microwave in your cabin if you don't feel like going up to the main lodge for meals. I highly recommend a stay here!
Skis were free with our stay. Service excellent. Clean new room in cabin. My unvaxed daughter was able to use outdoor facilities...unlike in other resorts
