beautiful lake, good beach, space for beach volleyball that a group of teens were playing, inflated rafts to play on. Some chairs to use on the beach. The (tiny) bunkies are brand new, very clean, airconditioned! microwave, small fridge and coffee machine provided. It's great to have an affordable place to go to and have access to a Muskoka lake. You would not spend much time in this tiny space, but it's better than a tent, and you have a beach.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Mohammed went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We really appreciated his support in letting us extend our stay past check out and keeping us dry from the rain until it was time for our bus. The access to kayaks and canoes was also a big plus.

The location and the property itself are outstanding. The property opens out at the back into an inlet of the lake. There is a rowboat at the property. We went out a few times in the early mornings and after dinner and enjoyed the calm waters in the simmering moonlight. It was the highlight of the trip! The property itself is spacious and large enough to accommodate six people.

The room was gorgeous with a beautiful balcony that gave us an amazing view. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the service at the restaurant was super friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the fireplace was awesome and the ambiance in the restaurant was very pleasant.

Although we arrived on a very snowy evening, the lot and driveway had been cleaned and maintained of snow. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very tastefully decorated and larger than expected even though we didn't get the originally booked rooms as they did not get our Booking.com reservations. The pool and sauna were really nice. The restaurant food was delicious! We had lunch and dinner there as well as the complimentary breakfast provided and can say that all the meals were excellent.

Everything! But especially the secluded, away from it all feel of the location. The lakeside views. The evening fire pit. The on site restaurant. The staff. The fireplace in our room.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to ride the ATV trails to see the fall colors. The location was perfect and you can access the trails right from the resort. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and fireplace which was great after a long day of riding. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a bonus.

Room was great, water was beautiful, if wanted they have everything from kayaks to pontoons for rent. We found out they also have cottages, but we stayed in the main building. The small beach was nice, water gets deep very quickly. There's a water trampoline and even a tower you can jump into the water.

Spacious room, comfy bed, nice vista across the lake from the balcony. Canoes for free, at least during our pre-season stay we could go whenever we wanted. Sweet little pool and sauna (giggled at the numerous signs posted to keep the Europeans from going naked). Quick drive to Parry Sound with it's quaint downtown street and good restaurants to watch trains rambling across the trestle.
