A very comfortable cottage for one or two. I loved the spa, and all the windows meant that I could enjoy the bush from inside because it was chilly. Having streaming provided is very generous. I didn't want to leave.

Location is great, in the heart of Hepburn Springs and a short drive from Daylesford.
House was spacious but very cosy, with multiple heaters and wood burner, kitchen had necessary utensils, beds were large and comfortable (note third bedroom has a king single bed).
Owner/manager was easy to deal with re key collection and to get hold of some more linen.
Nestled down some steps through a garden, you will find Astley Cottage, situated on a half acre and featuring free WiFi. Free secure parking is also available.

I'm so happy to have found this lil loft just in time for mums birthday. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed. Mum said it was like we went to France! From the antique decor piece to the lovely soft linen used throughout the house ,it was all so beautiful 😍 we didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back for another visit soon

Charming little cottage in an ideal location. We appreciated the chocolates and the bottle of wine. It’s pet-friendly, with a lovely outdoor space for our cavoodle.
The garden is delightful for enjoying a warm cup in this chilly weather. It would be wonderful to have an outdoor heater so we could enjoy a drink or two outside.
The property was gorgeous, clean and perfect for a couples getaway. We stayed in “Precarious” and it had the exact luxury cozy cabin vibe we were looking for. Chloe was also very friendly and accomodating.

The whole property was amazing. The location was idyllic, peaceful, surrounded by forest and beautiful birds & wildlife. The cabin was luxurious, modern and cosy. The spa bath was enormous, the fireplace was perfect, and the extra touches like chocolates on the pillows, the fire going as we entered etc. made the experience wonderful.
A great place to stay. It is beautiful inside, there is a sauna (outside the cottage) and a private HUGE!! stone hot tub. I recommend any couple to come and check it out, you will enjoy it 100%.
