view sea views and fresh air the house upstairs was good liveable but the furniture was so old not comfortable at all....we had worst sleep every ...with new furniture and better work with clean will be really good place...I wish I could stay at other place so we could sleep comfortably for the price I did pay I could stay to better place....

Communication difficult due to a multi-property company managing the stay. Not personable at all. It should not take 2 weeks to have your bond returned after the stay. I believe Booking.com, should have a maximum policy of 5 days, unless there are issues relating to the stay, and lack of communication provided by the property owner. Even though I kept messaging and provided my contact name, they were very system standard responses, and not read my message properly.

Absolutely loved our stay - beautiful views of the ocean, cosy rooms and the most incredible garden. Our dog loved exploring the full fenced yards. Loved unwinding with a bath and a book by the electric fireplace. Great deck with loads of sun and deck chairs. Beach is just a short drive away, as well as a local reserve and Red Hill’s plentiful cafes, produce stores and cellar doors.
Kim and Anna were fantastic hosts who went out of their way to accommodate our requests for sleeping arrangements and allowing us a late check out. The house was great with lovely views and a nice cosy fireplace.

The property was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It is modern and had a great vibe. Our host Eddie was exceptional. He was accommodating, great to deal with, responsive and just super nice. The location is close to amenities you need and of course, the beaches! It's a pity we only took videos and not photos so we can't upload many photos. Thank you so much Eddie.
