We really liked the apartment, it was fully furbished, included everything what they mentioned in the description. The 2 floors separated the sleeping area, and we really liked that it was really quiet, so we could relax.
Getting the keys was easy, as well as the check-in. They welcomed our dog as well. Mpreise is 2 minutes away by foot, getting into the trails in the forest were also within 5 minutes. Achensee is 10 minutes by car.
Surrounded by the Tyrolian Alps and offering panoramic views, Denggnhof is built in the traditional Tyrolian farm style and offers an authentic and rustic feeling.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. It’s clear that the owner truly cares about her guests and the experience they have. Lovely old family home, with everything you need to make it a great stay! There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with shower, a seperate toilet, and a nice big living area to eat, play games, chat and enjoy the warmth of the woodstove. There is even a basement with washer and dryer (we didnt use it for the short stay we had). We went skiing and unfortunately there was not much snow in pertisau but the great zillertal arena is only 30 min by car (leave early because of traffic) and the house had private parking. It also has a big garden and nice mountain views at the back! The owners are superfriendly, easy to reach and willing to answer all your questions.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The room was super clean and the paintings made the place unique and created a cozy and modern atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty with high quality products. The location was also excellent since the hotel is located near the mountain at the verge of the village. Therefore, the area around was very peaceful and offered great views from the window and the balcony. Finally, the owners and the staff were very friendly and were going out of their way to make sure our stay is impeccable.
The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.
Great view, clean modern flat with all the amenities you need. Having access to the hotel sauna facilities is a big plus. The staff were very friendly. Parking on site is a positive. Nice big shower.

I also want to note the SPA, which is also simply wow. Swimming in an outdoor pool with a view of the mountains is a service that not every hotel will provide for more money. Many types of sauna. Massage. A beautiful lounge with a fireplace and delicious cocktails.

Best stay by far in the last couple of months. Very clean, beautiful details, the whole building is new, stylish and smells good. Very friendly and flexible staff. The services were awesome and they have a cozy sauna in the garden, which is not even mentioned in the description. It was for us a complete highlight at the beginning of the year. We fell in love and we will be back :)
A clean, cosy, & great value hotel with good facilities (sauna, small gym, boot/ski drying room), and located within a 1-min walk of bus stops and the xc skiing and hiking trails. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the food is truly phenomenal. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at with some of the tastiest food I've ever eaten. I will definitely return when I next find myself in Pertisau.
