The house is lovely with a gorgeous view!!!! Excellent location close to activities in the area. The house seems to have been renovated and everything is new. The house is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks to the host who answered all our inquiries and helped us. We really enjoyed the area and the house, so we decided to extend our stay. Maybe one of the best cottage we were. New, totally equipped, wood construction with a pleasant smell of fresh wood. A 4 person apartment is bigger than we expected, two floors with wooden stairs are nice. A kitchen has everything you need and is very well equipped. From our apartment was a fantastic view to Zugspitze (unforgettable evening). We stay only for one night, but we would like to stay longer and will for sure return.

The hostess was charming and very kind, although we got her out of bed when we arrived.

The property location was excellent. We had a short walk to rent our cross- country skis at the Skischule and the ski trails were right there.

It is located in a beautiful place with magnificent view of the mountains, very close to the XC skiing track. It is also a perfect starting point for trekking and walking, as well as the alpine skiing in the nearby places. The cosy apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing: spacious living room with kitchen, fireplace, terrace and sauna. We chose it for the third time while in Leautasch and were not disappointed, as usual. The owner always ready to help.
