The house is a lovely farm house with a spacious communal breakfast/sitting room on the ground floor, which has a microwave, toaster, free coffee machine and crockery and cutlery for you to use for your own meals/breakfast etc. It's located at the entrance to Oetz village, very easy to find and has plenty of convenient parking for guests. Kathrin, the host, was extremely friendly and able to accommodate a last minute request to change to a large room with a kitchen in it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a traditional alpine decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. No complaints at all, would highly recommend, and gladly return. p.s. You must try the farm-made yoghurt and eggs that you can buy in the vending machine outside the house. The yoghurt's excellent!

A lovely apartment in a quiet street. The owners live downstairs and they met us on arrival. They are really lovely people, looking out for every need we may have but in a very discreet way. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped and we loved the large kitchen with the cosy ceramic fireplace. Our only regret is that our German is very limited as it would have been lovely to have proper conversations. There are heated ski boot driers at the property and storage for the skis. The ski bus stop is 3 min walk away and the bus takes approx 12-15 min to the gondola at Sölden. The ski buses are very frequent and although we had a car, the bus was a much more convenient option as we didn't have to jostle for parking place. Nice newly renovated apartment with spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of nice trekking opportunities in and around the accommodation. There is a free sauna available within the accommodation from 17:00 to 20:00.
The house is spacious and tidy. Fireplace is key feature of this house! It is very warm and there is huge amount of firewood available. We lit it every day so the house was really cozy. BBQ is available on the terrace. Beds were comfy. Communication with the host (Barbara) was very pleasant and swift. Huben in general is very quite and delightful village. There are 2 good restaurants, supermarket and hiking trails starting almost from the door :) Soelden is 12 minutes by car or 15 by bus.

Very nice and cozy location near to ski bus station. I really appreciated the wellness facilities - sauna and infrared cabin in the location. The communication with the personal was very nice and easy due to iPad and application. I really appreciate the Aqua Dome discount and the possibility to order fresh bread or other product direct to the tablet.

We loved everything about this property. It was cosy and had everything you needed plus more. You have access to a wellness spa with saunas which was perfect after a day out exploring. The views are breathtaking and it’s peaceful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable bed and pillows and was super clean. The tiny details they put into everything made it the stay perfect. The staff that worked there were so polite and welcoming. Definitely book your stay here! Would book here again
The accomodation is just perfect! Everything is clean a cosy, even the smallest appartment is big enough, well equiped kitchen. Lots of details that had been thought through - enough hangers and storage for clothes, window shaders, heavy curtains (no light goes through), different light options in every room etc. The sauna room is also great for a couple! Staff is very friendly, we got choco easter bunnies :) 11/10
The apartment is very fresh, bright and spacious. Sleeping mattresses are great, the kitchen is fully equipped, we also got a huge terrace with an amazing mountains view just for ourselves. It was very cozy as well, especially when Conny visited to set up the fireplace. For the ones skiing/snowboarding: there is a separate room (shared by the whole house), where you can put your boots on a heated sticks and also leave ski/board. Super convenient!
Everything was great. Only the best experience, the staff was very helpful and warm. The ski equipment room was great. Also the were small but comfortable and cozy sauna. Really recommend to stay here.
Conveniently located a 15 minute drive from Sölden. The breakfast arrangement is a novelty and lets you have breakfast delivered, which you’re then free to enjoy in your own time. The relaxation room (with saunas and hot tub) was practically empty
