Big and nice living room, many appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, very warm. The house in overall big and not dirty, good sound isolation. 15 minutes walking for snowboarders to the ski lifts, too much walking for skiers but bus station is close and tickets for bus were provided by the owner. 2 separate toilets and 2 showers that makes it easier to prepare for big group of people.

Spacious, cozy and comfortable, host was amazing and even gave us cooking oil when we realised the kitchen didn't have any. Ingrid was very helpful and charming too.

The location of the room was a 5 min walk from the center and the central lift!! Very easy to find and navigate through the locking system!! Really cozy with a lot of space for four people! The sauna was awesome! Good view as well!! Value for price at least at the off season where we visited it
The Rainhof Pension, located in a centric part of Kitzbühel with great views to the mountains, is a very cozy and comfortable place, decorated in a nice traditional way. It is run by a family and they care about every little detail to make your stay amazing. The manager Tamara, a very helpful, charming and charismatic person, makes you feel more than welcome at all times. We'll definitely come back!

Superb stay in a stunning hotel. Great location. We had an excellent room which was big and had a big sunny balcony all day.The sauna and steam were fantastic and they were flexible with our checkout. Very clean and the hotel decor is rustic and cosy. Good value for money too.
