The house is a lovely farm house with a spacious communal breakfast/sitting room on the ground floor, which has a microwave, toaster, free coffee machine and crockery and cutlery for you to use for your own meals/breakfast etc. It's located at the entrance to Oetz village, very easy to find and has plenty of convenient parking for guests. Kathrin, the host, was extremely friendly and able to accommodate a last minute request to change to a large room with a kitchen in it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a traditional alpine decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. No complaints at all, would highly recommend, and gladly return. p.s. You must try the farm-made yoghurt and eggs that you can buy in the vending machine outside the house. The yoghurt's excellent!

First of all, Maria and her family are extraordinarily nice, courteous and attentive hosts! Every inquiry or need is answered shortly with maximum effort to help.

We arrived late and the staff left our room key with a note at reception for us, which was super helpful as we were exhausted and wanted a smooth check in.
The room was spotless and there was a huge amount of space. Room had a balcony which was a nice surprise.

The chalets is spacious enough for 4 people and the location was great. We enjoyed viewing the skiing slopes from our windows/verandas and it’s was easy to go to the chair lifts.. Simone was so helpful and we got a birthday cake from the owners.. We are so grateful 🙏🙏

Bergchalet Kaunergrat, a property with a garden, is situated in Kaunerberg, 47 km from Fernpass, 47 km from Lake Resia, as well as 49 km from Golfpark Mieminger Plateau.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Perfect little accommodation, well equipped with everything you might need.
Bus stop right in front of the door or within walkable distance (10min). Small supermarket close by as well.

Breakfast was not included, this is a self catering apartment. The apartment is lovely, with 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a spere toilet. The kitchen is provided with everything you need. The location is great, 200 m from the ski bus, shop and restaurants. The entire area is realy beautiful.
Amazing place and hosts! Very friendly and kind, they even gave me a bigger apartment than the one I booked. Apartment was so cozy, well equipped with everything you need, clean, warm, stylish. There is a roomy parking in front of the house, I was here during big snowfall and the owners really cared to keep the street clean all the time. There are 2 ski resorts in the area, one of them is only 10-15 minutes away by car.
The host and the service was exceptionally good. Very friendly, caring and flexible.
Views were really beautiful and rooms were quiet.

Very nice breakfast. Picturesque location if you like mountains. We had a very cozy and spacious room with a good shower. The hosts are a very friendly couple. Late check-in was not an issue. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Atmosphere, super friendly and helpful Host - Barbara. Rooms meticulously cleaned every day. Barbara served really good breakfast. Gasteheim Lederle also has really good sauna, which i totally recommend!
The cherry on top was Barbara’s cat Billy. Unfortunately we had only one opportunity to meet him, but he immediately stole our hearts.
I would definitely recommend staying at Gastheim Lederle!
Very nice, cozy apartment with a beautiful view to the Pitztal valley located in a quiet part of the village Jerzens. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. The skibus stop was just 2 mins walk.
