It was an absolute amazing stay, the host Christos is very kind and welcoming. The location was 10/10 it is a 2 minute walk to the beach, all the restaurants, the store and the boulevard. The house was big with a large kitchen and living room. There is a great balcon with a view of the sea. The airconditioning worked really well and Christos suggested a number of activities to do!

The restaurant area made me think of a boutique hotel. Really cosy and loungy. I enjoyed being in a quiet area, not in the busy Ksamil but still very close to it (10 minutes by foot). Great garden, delicious food. Large confortable room with relaxing area outside. Close to the beach by foot. Very nice hosts.
Remarkable sea view from the terrace of the living room, with Corfu and the small islands. Very clean, well air conditioned cottage. The common areas, as well as the terrace to the living room, are spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of storage options. Excellent location, close to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants, without being too noisy in high season. Possibility of parking in the yard!!! We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying at this small new hotel in a quiet area of Ksamil. The pool area was cozy, the breakfast great on the rooftop with varying plates. Staff was very friendly. Short walking distance to the beaches and restaurants.
We had a wonderful stay at this room with our little one. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a bed that was exceptionally cozy—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The best part was the location; the beach was just a 2-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient for us as a family. Overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our time here!
Perfect for couples ,families and groups. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The villa is located near the beach and in a very quiet and peaceful neigbourhood. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to all our needs. BEST PLACE TO BE!! Great value of money and fast internet network.
