Our hosts made us very welcome and were great in assisting us to have a barbeque with few friends from out of town. We felt very 'at home' at Malcolm Lodge. The breakfasts were simple but lovely. We really could not have asked for more.

The fact that when l found out that the room allocated was too far away from the elevator as l wasn't feeling too well they had no problem giving me a room just by the elevator which was very convenient

Great property. What you see is what you get. The breakfast was really good. Only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom being non-existent and the tap also not functioning properly. Other than that it was really good with friendly staff.

The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). Thank you very much for your continued exceptional service.The rooms really looked clean and comfortable.I would recommend these apartments for people wanting to stay. Especially after a long flight the space gives you time to unwind.Customer service was so good. There is also a secured car park and this gives you peace of mind .
