The fact that when l found out that the room allocated was too far away from the elevator as l wasn't feeling too well they had no problem giving me a room just by the elevator which was very convenient

Great property. What you see is what you get. The breakfast was really good. Only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom being non-existent and the tap also not functioning properly. Other than that it was really good with friendly staff.

The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet.
