The locations is great! 15 min walk to all the needed places such as V&A mall, Bo-kapp area, table mountain and lions head.
We booked a family suite so we had the place to have dinner together in the room with a spacious kitchen and table area.
The staff is great and very friendly.

Everything … everyone at this hotel is guest friendly …easy check in and easy check out . Large comfortable room , awesome beds. Close to the Cruise Terminal . Dining was very nice and the food was very good . Breakfast was also very good with lots of varieties . The coffee was very good for automation ! We were going on an excursion on check out and the hotel kindly stored our luggage until we returned . I highly recommend this hotel !
