Pretoria, or certainly the area I was focused in, Lynnwood, Willow Way, Murrayfield to Silver Lakes Golf Estate, is clean and extremely pleasant. I was more than pleasantly surprised with how smoothly traffic flowed, and how friendly the people seemed to be, from car guards to shop assistants to fellow drivers in the city.

Visited Pretoria during the jacaranda bloom, and it was pure magic! The streets were draped in vibrant purple canopies, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. Strolling beneath the blossoms felt like walking through a painting. Every corner of the city seemed alive with beauty, and the charm of Pretoria left me in awe. Can’t wait to return during this breathtaking season!

I lile the cleanliness. The staff that were on duty on our arrival 22 September at 14:30(Reception desk.) They are so friendly yoooo. They are amazing. Brrakfast was great but I wish it was a buffet. Pretoria was quite clean and not over crowded and the public transport was really good. I will visit Pretoria again no problem. I also loved how the security personnel were visible at all times in public spaces, this was really a plus for us.

I needed to conduct Business at VFS Cherry Lane Pretoria and only needed overnight accommodation. I chose Bay Tree Guest House via Bookings.Com. Renee was most charming on arrival offering us Coffee or tea. Our room was clean, tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. Mini fridge, microwave and kettle. We chose a room with 2 Single bed, that were very comfortable and with plenty of warm blankets and duvet. We spent a few hours outside eating and chatting. Extremely well priced, safe and central. Charming hosts.
The breakfast service was excellent and a highlight of our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel was a quick 500m walk from the Hatfield Gautrain station. The room's air-conditioning worked very well.
