Coming from Zimbabwe we generally overnight in Polokwane en route to Johannesburg. We enjoy the facilities in Polokwane that provide for our agricultural requirements, since we are farmers, and the Mall provides for our shopping needs.
However, there are no decent restaurants in Polokwane. Most are chain restaurants and the service is poor, menus are unchanged and the food isn't great.
Further shopping in Polokwane central is always avoided due to the high incidence of crime.

An unforgettable part of the trip was when one of my colleagues managed to pop the proposal during dinner at Oceans Basket. This has turned this journey into a lovely memory. Overall, it was a great place to be, and getting around on our intended path wasn't an issue.
The accommodation is cosy, comfortable, clean and safe. Definitely my preferred accommodation in Polokwane and you want for nothing as there are extra blankets, a hairdryer, fridge with milk, coffee and tea condiments, TV with DSTV, free WiFi, plugs to charge your phone, cordless lights for load shedding and a personalized note wishing you an enjoyable stay. 11 out of 10 - highly recommend.
Jannie, the owner of Klein Paradys is an extremely friendly and helpful person. Jannie was on site to welcome us and to show us around the property. The wooden cabins were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi which is free, worked perfectly. We enjoyed our two night's stay at Klein Paradys. When next in Polokwane, I will make use of Klein Paradys again.
My family came to visit me in Polokwane and this apartment was perfect for us. Previously we stayed at a different property owned by the Polokwane Royal Hotel group.
This apartment was equipped with everything we needed, clean, cozy and beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Complex is safe, secure and peaceful. Theres wifi, dstv and a smart TV.
The most beautiful, memorable experience I had. So homely .. very welcoming and friendliest people. The neatest place ever, from the gate to the rooms , spotless clean. Surprised to find ironing board and iron, whaaaooo, to iron my own clothes as I want. Breakfast super. I will recommend this to everyone who will love to visit Polokwane.
The place is right in front of mall of the north and that was just an amazing advantage for us since we don't know polokwane that much. It was clean and there was enough coffee stuff for my husband who is a coffee lover. The WiFi worked well and we didn't even realise when there was loadshedding.
My second stay here, so I guess that says it all. It's my favourite place to stay whenever I'm in Polokwane. Got a Luxury King Room this time around, which has PLENTY of space. Awesome decor and when I popped out quickly I came back to find my room had been cleaned :-)
The place is child friendly; good for a family stay. It is in a safe neighborhood and there's parking.
