I didn't like anything. When I arrived, the family room that I had originally booked was given to someone else. Instead, I was placed in an old, dirty, and smelly room that felt like a dungeon. I requested the room that I had booked, but I was informed that Booking.com was at fault for allocating the rooms. I have asked for a refund, but nobody has responded to my request.
