The Manager on duty was amazing, my son had done dental work and started experiencing tooth pain late at night. The Manager went off and helped get medication! This was an extra mile and really appreciative of him!!

It’s a beautiful property.. tastefully furnished… loved the starter pack provided.. linen was top notch! Loved the fact that the cooking area was on the outside patio lovely touch! Noah the goat and donkeys were the perfect welcoming committee but Lizzi’s warmth and care was unmatched! Right from the moment we booked the room she made sure we felt welcome and comfortable… very caring and understanding host! We wanted for nothing!

We had a great overnight stay at Coral Cottage. It's very well located in Hilton, within easy walking distance to a new shopping centre. The unit itself is spotless, private and with everything you need for self-catering. Check-in/out was seemless. We enjoyed the verandah and braai with a nice outlook onto the large garden. Overall, we really enjoyed our short stay and will be happy to return when we're back in the area.

Hilton is a beautiful place.
Hilton is a beautiful place. Mostly if you are a traveler who loves nature and being connected with yourself, waking up to the sound of the birds, water fall and mountains. It is such a beautiful area even the people around there are very welcoming and you feel like you at home

Excellent accommodation and furnishings.
Excellent accommodation and furnishings. Tastefully furnished. Upmarket feeling. We didn’t experience any outages while there even though Eskom announced an outage. Not sure whether there was an inverter. One suggestion for improvement would be the provision of a toaster.

Gorgeous building with history attached.
Gorgeous building with history attached. Mist rolling in makes it romantic and mysterious destination. Perfect for overnight stop from Gauteng to Natal North or South Coast. Beautiful interior and rooms and everything smells fresh and clean. Sadly we missed out on the restaurant due to our program during the stay but had a look at menu and everything seems delicious. Will most definitely do a return visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Castle, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness of the property. The room was spotless, and the entire home had a fresh and inviting feel.
But what truly made our stay at the Hilton Castle stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the delicious fruit in the room to the personalized recommendations for local attractions and activities, the team at Hilton Castle made us feel truly welcomed and at home.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Castle. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this beautiful property has something for everyone. Thank you to the staff at Hilton Castle for making our stay so memorable!

Hilton is a unique place to visit.
Hilton is a unique place to visit. It is quaint and offers a country feel that is relaxing and the friendliness of the people makes you want to stay. It's great for a stop over or for a longer stay.
Whilst the hosts had taken great care with the finishes and requirements of a B&B and provided personal touches like milk in the fridge and rusks etc it was still of a renovated garage feel and I absolutely hated the loo at the end of the bed. Thank goodness i was on my own. My husband would've checked out. It worked well for the work commute/Hilton area but it wouldn't be a great getaway. it seemed very clean but my white crocheted slippers looked pretty dirty after poddling around on the floor.
The studio at Aloes Farm is a beautiful property. It is serene and safe, bucolic and pastoral. The interior decor is very well done and the beds were very comfortable. As beautiful as the property is, it was the hosts that made it such a special experience. They were communicative and kind and went above and beyond with their hospitality. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the Hilton or Pietermaritzburg area.
I enjoyed my stay , will definitely go back there when am in Hilton. .The ladies(Nosi and Meli) were welcoming and added so much value and warmth to the accommodation, l felt more at home. Its a place where you get great value for your money. Would highly recommend it to any one planning to stay in Hilton. One can not go without mentioning the great breakfast there offer.
What a great spot - easy access to highway for work, yet in a quiet street with no disturbance. Great accessibility to the nearest shop, pharmacy and hospital (should this have been needed for any reason). Very clean and comfortable, and catered well to needs. Definitely great value for money. I would easily book again when staying in Hilton.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Bertus, our host was welcoming and very helpful. The location is very close to the Hilton Life hospital which was very convenient for us. We will definitely be back!
Great hotel - My room had a noisy aircon unit right outside and the staff made a plan to move me after I raised the issue. Rooms was clean and comfy, staff were more than helpful, secure parking is always a plus
Everything- so neat and clean, plus the beautiful views of the dam from the cottage. Easy access to the N3, Midlands Meander, Hilton etc. The owner was so helpful when we thought we had left an iPad there.
Absolutely perfect for my overnight stay in transit - beautifully set up and very well situated in a quiet road, less than 1km from the Hilton Quarry shopping centre.
We did not get breakfast, it is self catering.
There was an Honesty Bar, fully stocked and a freezer unit with pre-cooked meals which you could purchase, excellent!
