It was a great stay, Neola is such a lovely, thoughtful, warm-hearted and helpful host. You can get a canoe from her to get on the river, she lets xou use the braai area and even cooked a delicious meal for us. The location is perfect to get as early as possible to Addo National Park. A wonderful experience, indeed! The hosts are great and went out of their way to accommodate our every need and request. Treetops is aptly named. Situated in a very quiet area, about ten minutes drive from Walmer, completely surrounded by dense vegetation with a view of the ocean in the distance over the treetops. Interior finishes in the large room are top-notch and there are special touches like the homemade jam, an abundance of little extras provided such as tea, coffee, milk, butter, Nespresso with pods, shower gel and other bathroom amenities, etc. etc. The bed is excellent, and there is a selection of pillows and blankets and throws to make sure you are really comfortable as well as an oil heater if the night is too chilly. The room is also quite spacious with a lounge and fully equipped kitchen. All in all, a truly special place with extraordinary hosts that I would love to return to!

The trip was very lonely. We went to Boardwalk Mall. There we went to the Arcade and Nu Metro for movies. The mall is quite big and has a casino. We also went to different beaches around us which were peaceful, not too many people and it felt safe. We did a game drive, boat ride, and paint balling as well. All these activities were in close proximity to our accommodation and not pricey .
